Flex Banner Sizes in Tirupati: The Practical Guide (With the Sizes Nobody Tells You)
26 Aug 2026 · by the Shristi Advertising team
Most flex orders in Tirupati start with a guess about size. Here is the working reference we give our own customers.
The sizes that fit Tirupati frontages
- 6×3 ft — the utility banner: offers, admissions, room-for-rent. Cheap enough to replace monthly.
- 8×4 ft — the standard shop promotion. Readable across a two-lane street.
- 10×5 / 12×6 ft — opening banners and event backdrops. This is where star flex starts earning its premium.
- 20×10 ft and up — building faces and hoardings. Above 10.5 ft on the short side, faces are heat-welded from panels; done right the join is invisible at viewing distance. Our press prints 3.2 m (10.5 ft) seamless, the widest single pass in this market.
Material, quickly
- Normal flex — short campaigns, budget jobs.
- Star flex — anything staying up over a month.
- Vinyl — sticks to surfaces: glass, ACP, vehicles.
- One-way vision — perforated vinyl for glass: your ad outside, your daylight inside. What the mobile-phone showrooms use.
- Backlit flex — for lit boxes; prints must be denser to glow evenly, which is Epson-line work, not Challenger work. We run both.
Why “same-day” is real here and rented elsewhere
Most Tirupati flex shops broker their large-format work to bigger presses — including, often, ours. When the press, the laminator and the mounting crew are one company on one road, morning-to-evening is routine. When they are three phone calls, it is a promise.
Artwork tip: send print-ready PDF or CorelDRAW files at actual size, 100–150 DPI, with 2-inch bleed for wrapped edges. Our studio fixes marginal files free for print orders.

Quick answers
What is the difference between normal flex and star flex?
Star flex is a denser, brighter-white material — colours sit noticeably richer on it, and it resists sagging. For a board face that stays up for months, the small premium over normal flex is the best money in the job.
Can I get a banner printed today in Tirupati?
Yes — artwork confirmed before noon usually prints, laminates and mounts the same evening. Our 3.2-metre Challenger press runs at up to 260 m²/hour, so speed is genuinely in-house, not promised and brokered.
